Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who signs in to the Sentitask CRM. Your company's signed service agreement with Sentitask sets out prices, scope and payment, and takes priority over these terms if they differ.

The service

Sentitask provides your company with a CRM configured for how it sells, including an optional AI WhatsApp lead desk. Your company receives a licence to use the system for the period it has paid for. The software itself remains the property of Sentitask.

Your company's data

The data your company puts into the CRM belongs to your company. Your company is the data user (controller) under the PDPA and Sentitask processes the data on its behalf. Your company can download all of it at any time from Plan and billing. When the service ends, the data is deleted after your company has had the chance to export it.

Acceptable use

  • Only message people who have contacted your company or agreed to be contacted, and stop when they ask.
  • Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and Meta's terms. Your company owns its WhatsApp Business account and is responsible for how it is used.
  • Approve only accurate facts for the AI. Do not ask it to promise returns, loan approval or anything you cannot deliver.
  • Keep your password private. Each person must use their own account.
  • Do not use the service for spam, unlawful content, or to discriminate against anyone.

AI replies

The AI lead desk answers leads automatically using the facts your company approves. It can make mistakes. Your staff remain responsible for the commitments your company makes, and can take over any conversation at any time.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and back up data every night, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is done outside business hours where possible.

Payment and suspension

If a renewal is not paid, the account may become read-only: your company keeps access to its data, but cannot add or change records and automated replies pause. Full access returns once payment is received.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sentitask's total liability is limited to the fees your company paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
